Mental Health Me Too

Bright yellow blank index cards organized on top of a dark green background to form a green heart

Mental Health Me Too is a safe, judgement-free space where anyone can submit their lived mental health story. There are no comments and no “like it” features. Stories can be shared anonymously or not.

Through this free, public library of shared experiences, we are building a community of solidarity, awareness and hope for all of those struggling with a mental health condition or illness.

Submit your story.

Please complete this form to have your mental health story included on our website and social media as part of the #mentalhealthmetoo campaign.

Every story is deeply personal. We appreciate your vulnerability and courage to share your mental health experience so that, together, we can build awareness and a sense of community that will help end the negative stigma. You are welcome to include as much or as little as you are comfortable with.

Tell us about your mental health experience either as someone who has, had, or who was affected by someone close to you with a mental health condition.

You don't have to be a great writer to have a powerful story. Imperfection and authenticity are welcome (and encouraged). Don't worry about grammar, punctuation, length or any of that formal writing stuff.

Please exclude individuals' and organization's names.
