MentalHealthMeToo.org is a safe, judgement-free space where anyone can submit their lived mental health story. There are no comments and no “like it” features. Stories can be shared anonymously or not.

Through this free, public library of shared experiences, we are building a community of solidarity, awareness and hope for all of those struggling with a mental health condition or illness.
